Refund Policy

Course Fee Refund Policy

All applications for a full or partial refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund’ form and submitted to Student Administration admin@firstaidoz.com.au

All refund applications must be submitted NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS after course registration date.

Approved applications will be processed within 7 days from the date of application.

The assessment of refund applications shall be granted as indicated below:

Refund Policy
Cancellation > 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery 80% of fee paid

(admin fee 20%)
Cancellation < 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery 70% of fee paid

(admin fee 30%)
Cancellation after commencement and/or completion of any portion of the training  / or provision of access to online training materials No Refunds
Refund applications submitted more than 14 days after course registration No Refunds

Note: Students registering for Online options, who later wish to transfer to a face to face class, will be permitted to do so at no extra charge.
